Booking:
When booking with In the Making Of Your Home , we ensure to book around the best time for our client. This means we will give you our slots available for the month and you will be able to choose the best day and time for you. Once booked in this is your slot and we run our system a month in advanced so these slots our few and far between.
Please ensure you have discussed the exact job you wish to be done via Email or Messenger on our Facebook Page so we can put this on our system.

Payment:
Once you have discussed the time and date for your slot we will ask for a deposit to book you in on our system. We will not go forward with the appointment until we have received the deposit from our client and cannot guarantee to keep your slot if no payment of the deposit is made in a reasonable time. In The Making Of Your Home will give a deposit price needed to be paid & then will discuss the rest of the price to be paid on the day.
We also allow for Block Booking , meaning you can book a number of slots , we will ask for payment of half of the discussed price of the Block Booking and discuss when and how you pay the rest. The rest of the payment will be on the day and we ask to be paid upfront via Bank Transfer or Cash. We keep receipts of all our payments and work completed , which the client will get a copy of.

Our cancellation fee runs against majority of our market research from other cleaning companies and follows a strict yet simple guideline. If the client cancel anything over 3 clear days of the slot arranged we will keep £10 of the deposit. If the client cancels 48 hours before the arranged slot we will as for 50% of the total price of clean discussed with client. We keep receipt of this. If cancelled 24 hours before or on the day we will ask for the whole price of clean as we will not have the opportunity to book someone in to replace our time or resources lost at such a late cancellation.

Other Important Things To Know:
We do not remove nor take any rubbish from the clean with us. We are trained to clean and will only be cleaning. We will not heavy lift or move things of value to the client. The client has to give us permission to clean inside cupboards , removing products and permission to move valuables before we will do this. We will not accept any form of harassment , crude comments and if we feel uncomfortable we are in our rights to leave the property with the deposit being used for attending the job whether it is or isn't finished.
